Justteachers is seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Primary Teacher to join an exceptional school in Blackburn. Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
  • Assess, record, and report on the progress and development of pupils.
  • Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all pupils, ensuring inclusivity and equity in the classroom.
  • Foster a positive, nurturing classroom environment conducive to learning.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to maximize student achievement and well-being.
  • Participate in school-wide events, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in education or a relevant subject.
  • Proven experience teaching primary-aged children, ideally in a Year 3 setting.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment strategies.
  • Strong classroom management skills with a commitment to high standards of teaching and learning.
  • Effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiasm, adaptability, and a proactive approach to teaching.
