Justteachers Recruitment Agency is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join an inclusive SEN school in Oxford. This full-time role is offered on a temp-to-perm contract and involves supporting students aged 9 to 19 across the school.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs in both academic and social settings.
  • Work across age groups (9 to 19 years old), adapting to the unique requirements of each student.
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of individual and group learning activities.
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create an inclusive and positive learning environment.
  • Help manage classroom behavior, promoting a calm and constructive atmosphere.
  • Support students with personal care and life skills development if needed.

  • Experience: Previous experience working with SEN students is desirable but not essential.
