justteachers partner school, an Alternative Provision in Grantham require a Functional Skills Teacher/Tutor to join their team. This is a full-time role starting immediately , full time hours may also be possible if preferred.
Our partner school provides specialist educational services for 11-19 year-old students with an EHCP (education health care plan), the majority of students have SEMH (social emotional and mental health difficulties).
You will work with small groups of students of all abilities, with a pupil centred approach to learning. The school offers learners a bespoke curriculum to incorporate their interests alongside Functional skills.
We’re looking for candidates who have a real passion for assisting young people overcoming barriers to learning in order to achieve their true potential.
