By the very nature of recruitment, the role will consist of initiating, creating and building relationships with clients and candidates.  At justteachers, you will liaise with School Leaders, decision makers and senior management on a daily basis, so it requires people who can communicate not only confidently, but maturely and professionally.

Business Development is a huge aspect of the role, where you will target clients that may not yet, or recently, have engaged with justteachers and our services. Those who demonstrate persistence, positivity and the ability to see the end goals are the kind of people we are looking for.

Meet our Managing Director, Caroline Cafferty

Meet our Training Manager, Darach MacDonnChadha

“It is my ultimate goal to ensure each and every new team member has a positive onboarding experience with justteachers.

From day 1 you will be enrolled into our Milestones Training program which provides you with consistent one-to-one support and training as you start your career with us.

Your initial 3-day induction training will be a combination of classroom theory and workshops to provide you with all the tools you will need to embark on your justteachers recruitment career. You will also be explained the rewards and recognition you will receive when achieving your KPIs explained to you. These will be a mixture of sales targets and team targets.

You will be assigned a designated mentor and buddy to assist with your day to day questions and throughout your first 3 months you will have one-to-one training according to your individual needs and PDPs set for development areas. Beyond this, where required, you will always be given support and advice when you face particular challenges- as I know from first-hand experience, no two days are likely to be the same.

In order to carve a successful career in recruitment, above all you will need to have bags of enthusiasm, ambition and perseverance”.
