Another 2020 award scoop for justteachers!

justteachers officially named a 2020 UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Women!

The 2020 UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Women list was launched this morning (1st July) by Great Place to Work® UK, and for the second year running justteachers is recognised among the 68 ranked organisations, reaching the position on 10th in the Medium sized company category.
This recognition once again confirms that justteachers is a great workplace for all, including women, and that our employees feel a strong sense of trust, fairness and wellbeing in the workplace. justteachers recognise that women represent a valuable talent pool in an increasingly talent–constrained environment. We are also proud that all members of senior management team are female.

Promoted this year to Managing Director of justteachers, Caroline Cafferty started with the business over 16 years ago as a Recruitment Consultant. After undertaking a number of positions and responsibilities throughout her justteachers career, as MD Caroline now takes full responsibility for the leadership and development of justteachers business and its employees. Caroline will continue to play a key role in communicating and delivering the company vision and goals to all staff and her dedication and input is crucial to building on the firm's outstanding reputation as a leading Great Place to Work.
