Over 200 items of clothing already stocked ready to raise money for disadvantaged children and young people!
We are proud to be supporting Children in Need again this year for the Tenth year running. This year we are organising our very own frock frolicking fabulous fundraising event and teddy bear picnic to raise money for BBC Children in Need’s 2017 Appeal. Money raised will go on to support disadvantaged children and young people all across the UK.
justteachers staff are bringing their ‘unwanted’ clothes, bags, accessories and shoes into their head office (High Corn Mill) this Friday the 17th. They will then be swapping the desired items throughout the day with tickets on sale for £5 each. There will also be a raffle for a mystery yet wonderful prize donated by our very own Managing Director David Jones, tickets for this are just £1. And last but not least our Coventry office will be running a very special teddy bear picnic.
“This is the Tenth year in a row we have raised money for Children in Need, we all love to get involved and have fun across the company for such a fantastic cause. Previous fundraising activities include legs being waxed, onesie days, cake sales and a bake-off. This year we are delighted to be doing something unique and put old unwanted clothes to good use.” – David Jones, Managing Director
We will be hoping to raise over £300 and invite anyone who would like to grab a bargain to their head office at High Corn Mill, Skipton at 1pm prompt. It’s first come first serve and we expect demand to be high.
Please RSVP Jill.firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to come along and participate.
Donations are being accepted in person only up to the day of the event (17th) at Just Teachers Ltd, High Corn Mill, Chapel Hill, BD23 1NL.
BBC Children in Need works throughout the year to ensure that every child in the UK has a safe, happy and secure childhood, and the chance to reach their full potential. It relies on the energy and commitment of thousands of fundraisers and supporters across the UK, who donate their time and money to put on events supporting the Appeal.
